Nevertheless, while U.S. and EU sanctions are in place, Utrecht has made the decision to sell out only stock that is already state-side. The liquid poured process of making full-pan watercolors, as opposed to the dry compressed extrusion process used by most others, preserves the integrity of the pigment and results in higher quality. The finest raw materials and pigments are used to guarantee the highest possible light and colorfastness.
