__Note:__  This is a Russian made product and is discontinued by Utrecht as a result of the Ukrainian invasion.  The manufacturer is a small company and not responsible for the actions of their government.  Nevertheless, while U.S. and EU sanctions are in place, Utrecht has made the decision to sell out only stock that is already state-side.  Buying this product will not assist the Russian economy since anything we sell will have already been paid to Yarka. Yarka Semi-Moist Watercolor Pan Sets feature deep, full, semi-moist colors that are truly transparent and intense. These pans loosen up with just the touch of a wet brush and eliminate the need to over-use brushes trying to work up a color from dry extruded watercolor sets. Available in 8-, 10-, and 12-color palettes of naturally pigmented, liquid-poured, transparent watercolors.
