Golden Glazing Liquid is a slow-drying extender for acrylic colors. Great for glazing in fine art painting, this acrylic medium dries slowly, allowing the artist extended periods of working time. The medium also improves brushability and is useful for wet-in-wet blending. Use Glazing Liquid to create glazes or faux finishes on interior walls and furniture. Available in Gloss or Satin finish.   Note: Golden Acrylic Mediums have a new look, but their reliable quality remains unchanged. Most products just have new labels, but you will notice a few items also have updated names. Please note that during this transition in stock, you may receive product with new and/or old packaging. Golden Fluid Acrylic Paint and Sets, assorted colors, 1 oz

A low viscosity, lightfast, pourable acrylic with the same high pigment strength as Golden Heavy Body Acrylics. Golden Fluid Acrylics have a consistency similar to heavy cream, without fillers or extenders. Enjoy high tinting strength, good adhesion, flexibility, fine dispersion, and consistent flow from the brush. Can be mixed with Golden Gel Mediums. Golden Artist Colors, Inc. originally began creating this fluid line for artists who wanted a rich, undiluted paint with low viscosity that could be poured and dripped, used for staining, or applied as a spray.

The original line of Golden Heavy Body Acrylic Paint is known for exceptionally smooth, thick buttery consistency. It contains the largest assortment of unique pure pigments in a 100% Acrylic Emulsion vehicle available to the professional artist. These colors offer excellent permanency and lightfastness. There are no fillers, extenders, opacifiers, toners, or dyes added. Each heavy body color is formulated differently depending on the nature of the pigment. Colors that tolerate higher pigment "loads” dry to a more opaque, matte finish. Colors that are more reactive and do not accept high pigment loading dry to a glossy finish and tend to be more transparent. Heavy body colors contain no additives, such as matting agents, therefore the gloss of each color will be different.
