To cancel an order, please call our Contact Center at 1-800-223-9132 during our regular business hours (Weekdays: 6 a.m. – 11 p.m. CT; 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. CT). Because orders can ship the same day we receive them, the best way to cancel an order before it ships is to speak with a Customer Care Representative. Please do not contact us via email or fax to cancel an order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Paypal, and Utrecht Gift Cards for payment on our website. If you are using a debit card, please note that an authorization will be run on the card by Utrecht Art Supplies. This will put a hold on funds in your bank account equal to the amount of your purchase.
NOTE: Also, if you submit your order multiple times (i.e., click the “submit order” button more than once), your debit card may be authorized multiple times as well.

Paying by Check
We welcome your checks. However, checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a service charge of either $25 or the maximum allowed by law. Checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, plus any applicable service charges, may be debited electronically from your bank account or collected using a bank draft drawn from your account.
