Andy Suriano

Andy Suriano
Detroit born, Los Angeles based artist, illustrator and performer Andy Suriano is an Annie (Animation) Award Winning Character Designer for such shows as Samurai Jack, Star Wars: Clone Wars, Fairly Oddparents, Duck Dodgers, Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends, Powerpuff Girls and countless others. He’s also developed and produced his own pilots and helped along several other projects for Warner Bros. Animation, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon and Disney. One such, Plastic Man, was the mutual collaboration of love for Jack Cole’s impossibly original 1939 kinetic creation between Andy and Spongebob Squarepants voiceover-talent extraordinaire, Tom Kenny. One of Andy’s earlier incarnations was traveling around the world with a magic-comedy troupe, performing under circus tents, for royal families and obscure European Variety TV shows. He’s since lived out a dream by providing artwork and props for the Canadian comedy super group, The Kids in the Hall. Currently he’s working on Charlatan Ball, an original creation, along with writer and co-creator and Pop-pusher Joe Casey, published by Image Comics.

Camille Przewodek

Camille Przewodek
Color that expresses the light key of nature, can make even the most mundane subject matter strikingly beautiful. “Anything under the sun is beautiful if you have the vision — it is the seeing of the thing that makes it so.” (From "Hawthorne on Painting.") In 1980, Camille Przewodek began studying with Henry Hensche, a master colorist, who “opened her eyes” by introducing her to Monet’s revolutionary impressionist approach of seeing and painting the influence of light and color. Instead of merely relying on value changes (“tonalism”), conveying the three-dimensional volume of an object can be more beautifully accomplished through the interaction of colors. That is, as the form turns or changes, so does the color.
She is carrying on this tradition by offering workshops based on the teachings of Henry Henche and Charles Hawthorne. An award-winning artist whose work has been the subject of many articles on color, Przewodek is a signature member of the Laguna Plein Air Painters, Oil Painters of America, and the American Impressionist Society; and an artist member of the California Art Club. She teaches classes in Northern California as well as workshops throughout the country.

Peter Pagano

Peter Pagano
Peter Pagano's formal art studies began when he attended the High School of Art & Design in New York City. There he studied drawing, painting, commercial art and illustration. After school Peter took painting classes across town at the Art Student’s League. He was awarded a full scholarship to the School of Visual Arts where he majored in illustration. Upon graduation Peter began a career as a freelance illustrator and graphic designer.
His watercolors try to capture the diversity and energy of New York City. New York’s people and neighborhoods provide an unending source of material: commuters rushing to get their train at Grand Central, waiting in line for theater tickets, or just enjoying a quiet afternoon in the park. Peter's artwork has been displayed in numerous exhibits including the Kerygma Gallery, the Forrest Scott Gallery, the Queens Borough Public Library and the New York Art Director’s Club.

Sarah Ressler

Sarah Ressler
Sarah Ressler thinks of the piece she's working on as a field to play in, kicking around pattern, texture, color, etc., or as a forum to have a dialogue with my materials. It’s a true collaboration. The paint, the unexpected, the mistakes, they tell her what to do just as equally as she tells them. Sarah believes she's a better listener than they are.
