Conte Pastel Pencils

Conte Crayons are a classic dry art medium; waxier and much firmer than soft pastels, they produce little dust and are easy to control. Conte Crayons have been used by artists for centuries since there original production in France in 1795.

Conte Pastel Pencils provide the same classic functionality of the original Conte Crayon in a larger diameter pencil, stiffened with plasticizer allowing it to hold fine detailed strokes. Available in individual pencils as well as 12, 24 or 48 pencil sets.
