Artfix by Savoir Faire Oil Primed Linen Canvas

For more than 30 years, the Narozni family located in the Provence region of France, has been crafting Artfix premium artist's linen for serious painters who insist on archival quality linen that is hand primed according to time honored methods. A specially formulated acrylic sizing is applied to every canvas twice to completely isolate the fabric from acids contained in the primer. Artfix linen canvas is available in several varieties.

Artfix All Purpose Linen is a strong, tightly weaved linen canvas. Good for a wide variety of styles and techniques. Available oil or acrylic primed.

Artfix Fine/ Portrait Linen has a very tight weave and beautiful, even grain. Excellent for portraits and detailed artworks. Available oil or acrylic primed.

Artfix Extra-Fine/Portait Linen has an extremely tight weave and flawless surface. This is the choice for professional portraiture or precise detailing. Most threads per inch of any canvas. Available oil or acrylic primed.

Artfix Heavy Duty Linen is a canvas with thick, double threaded strands, very tight and strong weave and a rough tooth. Extremely durable, suited to large formats and rigorous/heavy paint application. Available oil primed only.

Artfix Large Format/Mural Linen is a heavy thread canvas with good tooth and a tight weave. Very strong and durable, excellent for murals and large scale artworks. Available oil or acrylic primed.
