* The color-coded map shown below indicates the typical transit time for ground shipments from our warehouse in Cranbury, NJ under normal business conditions. You may live in an area where you can have more time to order and still receive your shipment by Christmas Eve using regular ground shipping.
For example, residents of our home state, New Jersey, can order by the morning of the 22nd and feel confident that their order will arrive via ground by the 24th because transit time is usually just a day. Remember this assumes your merchandise is in-stock and there are no unanticipated disturbances in either our operations or those of our regular ground carrier.

ArtSmart® Gift Cards - Order by 23rd for Christmas
For free shipping of gift card orders in time for Christmas, orders need to be received by 12pm EST on Monday December 21st to be delivered by Christmas Eve. This applies to orders that only include gift cards*.
You can still order gift cards on Tuesday, the 22nd and Wednesday, the 23rd, for delivery by Christmas Eve by using expedited shipping that is available for an additional shipping charge. Expedited orders must be placed by noon, 12 pm, EST to ensure they go out that day.
- On Tuesday, the 22nd, you can use 2 day shipping at $7.50 for delivery on the 24th or next day shipping at $12.00 for delivery on the 23rd.
- On Wednesday, the 23rd, your only option is to use next day shipping at $12.00.

- Schedule assumes normal delivery conditions for our 3rd party carriers.
- Physical address means that PO boxes and FPO/APO addresses are not covered by this schedule.
- Does NOT apply to USPS mail shipments (Orders to AK, HI, PR, VI, Canada and other international destinations)
- Does not apply to orders containing oversized, truck, and drop ship items
- Does not apply to orders that contain both a pre-filled gift card and merchandise
Christmas Customer Service Hours
Utrecht observes both the Christmas and New Year's Day holidays so customer service will not be available on Christmas or on Friday January 1st. They will be available up to 3 pm EST on the 24th, Christmas Eve and up to 5 pm on the 31st, New Year's Eve. They return for regular hours of 9 am to 5 pm EST on Saturday, the 26th and Saturday, January 2nd.
Our warehouse is closed Saturdays and Sundays so the last day they will be shipping during Christmas week is the 24th, Christmas Eve.
