Payment Types
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card for payment on our website.

If you are using a debit card, please note that an authorization will be run on the card by Utrecht Art Supplies. This will put a hold on funds in your account equal to the amount of your purchase.

If you submit your order multiple times (i.e., click submit order button more than once) your debit card may be authorized multiple times as well.

We recommend that if you have any questions about the use of debit cards online that you contact your bank directly.

International Credit Card Orders
Currently our online shopping cart does not accept orders placed with international credit cards(outside the US and Canada). If you wish to place an order please contact our Customer Service department at customerservice@utrecht.com or by calling 1-609-409-8001 for instructions.

Customers who wish to pay by check - Please Note:
We welcome your check. Checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a Service Charge of $25 or the maximum allowed by law. Checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, together with service charges, may be debited electronically from your account or collected using a bank draft drawn from your account.

Taxes
If there is a Utrecht store in the state to which your order is being sent, respective state tax will be charged. Check our art supplies Store Locator to find the Utrecht store nearest to you.
