Our employees, from the paint mill in Brooklyn to the customer service and warehouse teams in NJ to our retail store personnel, are extremely dedicated to providing you with a high quality experience on each and every purchase.

Customer Service representatives are available 8am - 7pm EST weekdays and from 9am - 5pm EST on Saturdays to assist you. Call for help placing an order, to check an order's status or if you would like technical assistance. Our knowledgeable staff would be happy to assist you in any way. We also have bi-lingual Spanish operators if you need help en Español available Monday to Friday.

Common Promotion Offer Restrictions

From time to time, we extend promotional offers to our catalog recipients, email subscribers and ArtSmart members. Some of those offers have restrictions that apply. Here is a list of common limitations and exclusions from our past offers. Please see your promotional offer material or message for the exact details of any applicable limitations or exclusions.

  • Offers can not be combined. Store coupon codes, catalog key codes, and online promotion codes can not be combined with other offers.
  • Item Eligibility. Frequently discount offers, e.g. 10% off or $10 off, have limits on the items that are eligible to receive the discount.

    • Best Buy items, those marked with this symbol, utrecht best buy art supplies logo, are not discountable.
    • Items that are currently on sale or on clearance are often not eligible for discounts. These items are labeled 'sale item' and 'clearance item' respectively.
    • Items that ship directly from vendors or our factories are frequently not discountable. These items are denoted as 'drop ship' items and are labeled as such in our line listings

    • Items that ship by special carrier instead of our regular ground shipping carrier are frequently not eligible. These items are labeled 'truck ship' items on the site in the same way that drop ship items are labeled.

  • Minimum Purchase Requirements
    Promotions sometimes require a minimum purchase amount in order for the promotion to take effect. In some situations, it is possible for you to see an error message in your cart stating you have not met the minimum purchase requirement for your promotion when the order total appears to exceed the requirement. In those cases, your cart most likely contains an item or items that have been excluded from that promotion, such as sale or clearance items, and the order total of the remaining items does not meet the requirement.
