Present the Utrecht ArtSmart® card at the time of purchase at any Utrecht retail store, our webstore or our call center. The stored value on this card is redeemable for merchandise only and can not be redeemed for cash (except where prohibited by law). Please protect this card and treat it as you would cash. It can not be replaced if lost or stolen.

*This card can be used multiple times and value may be added to the card at any point in time. It is recommended that you keep the same card with you and not discard unless instructed.

Important Notice:

* Utrecht's will not charge a service fee involving dormant or inactive cards.
The initial cards were printed with the standard industry wording for a service charge to be assessed. Since that time, numerous states have changed their regulations associated with such fees. As a result, we have modified our policy to insure compliance with the various laws. Utrecht as a company will, in the interest of our customers, not assess a service fee.
Utrecht ArtSmart® card must be used to receive sale prices in Utrecht retail stores.

Use of the Utrecht ArtSmart® card constitutes acceptance of the terms above. Utrecht reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this program, in whole or in part, at any point in time, with or without notice.
