You can make this tube wringer work with difficulty. The squeezing gears do not always mesh and turning the key can be difficult. I will wait until I am in a brick & mortar store to look at more expensive metal wringers before buying. This might work well for toothpaste tubes but not for oil paint.

As a college student, I know how expensive paint can be and how fast you can go through it. This sqeezer really gets every last drop out of most of the tube. The plastic version isn't as easy to use as some metal ones (it needs some guiding) but it works really well and is a cheep, easy investment for your art career.

  • Wringer works

I thought this worked well, at least so far. My students tried the wringer I brought in to class and thought the wringer worked quite well. I do not agree with the other reviewer. Maybe other sizes of tubes might be the problem for this person.
