 Standard Clay Mines Clay & Stone sculpting materials at UtrechtStandard Clay Mines, a Sculpture House company, was founded in the 1940’s to develop and distribute self-hardening and moist pottery natural clays. Today, the company provides their Claystone and Della Robbia self-hardening clays in various size packages as well as a variety of earthenware and stoneware moist ceramic pottery clays. Standard Clay Mines also offer soapstone for sculptors to carve. They also provide plaster products and their private formulation - Vatican Art Casting Stone, a casting material that produces stone hard casts with stone-like texture.
